Online Orders

Unfortunately, you cannot place orders by phone. All orders must be placed online using our website; www.stationerystore.bm

Once an order has been placed, unfortunately you cannot add to the order. If you would like to add to an existing order, please place another order online.

If you have placed an online order for delivery and would like to add items to your existing order, call and inform us that you would like to add to your existing delivery. Once we’ve been notified, please place another order online as a pickup.

Please note that if your order has not already been dispatched, you will not be charged an additional delivery fee.

Customers can cancel an order after it has been placed. Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel an order on our website but you can simply call our store and let us know that you would like to cancel your order.

Please note that upon cancellation, your card will be refunded the full hold amount.

We do not accept international orders at this time. All orders that are placed must have a local shipping address and telephone number.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

All online orders are fulfilled at our warehouse.

Payments

We accept Visa and MasterCard online.

Check that all the details you have entered on the checkout page are correct. If it is refused after that, try another credit card or contact our bank and ensure that a hold hasn’t been put on your account.

Once you place an order online a hold will be placed on your card for the order amount. Your card is only processed once your order has been fulfilled.

Should an item in your order be out of stock, it will be removed and you will only be charged for that items that are fulfilled.

Our Gift Cards are accepted for in-store payments only.

Delivery

There is a $15 delivery fee. All orders over $50 are eligible for free delivery.

Delivery orders can be expected in 2-3 business days.

In-Store-Collection

You will receive a phone call from a Stationery Store team member once your order is ready for collection.

Online orders are not fulfilled from our store therefore you cannot place an order and collect it right away. Pick up orders are generally ready for collection the next business day.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately gift cards can only be purchased in-store.

Unfortunately at this time gift cards can only be used for in-store purchases only.

All of our gift cards are reloadable and are made with a sustainable never tear material making them the perfect gift for anyone but especially children.

Unfortunately there is no way to check the balance of your gift card on your own. You can check your gift card balance by visiting our store and asking one of our cashiers or simply email your gift card number to info@stationerystore.bm and someone will get back to you with your remaining balance.
